Parker Borelli
As the third generation at the helm of Borelli Construction, Parker Borelli brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and a deep-rooted passion for building luxury homes in Naples, Florida. From a young age, Parker was immersed in the world of construction, shadowing his grandfather, Vincent Borelli, on job sites and absorbing the craftsmanship and integrity that define the Borelli name.

A 2013 graduate of Southern Methodist University, Parker’s commitment to the family business never wavered—even flying home on weekends during college to continue working on projects and gaining real-world experience. That same drive and attention to detail now guide his leadership as president, where he oversees every aspect of the construction process with precision and purpose.
Known for being goal-oriented, meticulous, and exceptionally driven, Parker personally visits every jobsite—every single day. Since stepping into leadership, he has doubled the company’s volume and expanded its reach, including plans for Borelli Construction’s first low-rise condominium development. His hands-on approach ensures that each project meets the highest standards of quality and reflects the vision of every client.
Under Parker’s leadership, Borelli Construction continues to set the benchmark for luxury homebuilding in Naples—while boldly venturing into new territory.

Mark Borelli
As the second generation of Borelli Construction, Mark Borelli has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s reputation for excellence in luxury homebuilding and remodeling. A licensed real estate broker with over 40 years of experience living and working in Naples, Mark brings unmatched insight into the local market and the region’s remarkable growth.

Robby McGinnis
Born and raised in Naples, Robby brings both hometown insight and advanced engineering expertise to his role as Lead Engineer Superintendent at Borelli Construction. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Robby holds a master’s degree in engineering and began his career at an engineering firm, where he honed his skills in structural analysis and field operations.

With a background in project management and vendor coordination, Kelly is the connective thread between the office, the field, and the homeowner—keeping every detail aligned from start to finish.

A 2014 graduate of Virginia Tech, Kelly moved to Naples 11 years ago and quickly immersed herself in the local design and construction scene. Her previous experience at a local showroom gave her a strong foundation in plumbing, lighting, and appliances—knowledge she now uses to guide clients through selections with confidence and clarity.
From gathering estimates and managing timelines to keeping superintendents informed and clients supported, Kelly’s organization and dedication make her an indispensable part of the Borelli team.
